Hi, I’m Matt, a work in progress. I’m an average guy in my 30s trying to figure out his own body and going through his own healthy weight loss journey. I’m on a mission to document my trials and tribulations and share some insights along the way!

My Fitness Journey

After struggling my whole life with yo-yo dieting and after seeing a very unflattering vacation photo of myself in 2024, I decided to take control of my health. I started with creating daily habits, tracking my weight, meal planning, and slowly fell in love with the process of becoming a little bit better, both physically and mentally, everyday.

My 2024 weight loss journey inspired me to create this blog, so I could help others experience the same life-changing benefits of daily habits, meal planning, and consistency.

What I Do

On this blog, you’ll find a mix of daily habits, recipes I use, weekly meal plans, and a weight loss tracker that I hope will kickstart our journey to a healthier and happier life. I’m passionate about sharing simple insights that fit into everyday life—because wellness shouldn’t be about extremes. It’s all about creating a sustainable routine.
